Before much time had passed these projects “magically” transformed a nearly uninhabitable area into some of the most valuable and productive farmland in the northwestern United States.Due to this fact, many other towns and cities were founded as a direct result of these works in the early 1900’s.
The cost of living in the magic valley is a lot less than in other states so basically you can make a good living on a lot less money.Although wages are generally lower this means that your buying power can be higher. Back in 2005, Idaho was the second fastest growing state in the nation.
That being said and with the economy the way it is at the moment, there are actually more opportunities around for you and that can mean purchasing an even bigger slice of Magic Valley real estate (at a much lower cost) is a very real possibility, it’s all relative I guess.
